FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The boat capacity is 17 people, including the boat driver. We recommend charters with 10 or less people for the best experience and to ensure that there is enough time for everyone to enjoy the water.

Please book at least 72 hours in advance to ensure enough time for planning. We will try our best to accommodate quick turnaround requests, but there is no guarantee that we can accommodate requests without at least 72-hour notice.

Cancelations can be made free of charge with at least a 72-hour notice. Please notify us immediately if your plans change. Langley Wake reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to weather conditions or any other reason which prevents safe operation of our equipment. In the case of a cancelation made by Langley Wake, we will reschedule your booking on any of our available days.

Charters will depart rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. Cancellations made due to weather may not warrant a refund unless done so by Langley Wake. We will do everything in our power to make sure you have a great time on the water, but weather cancellations are at the discretion of Langley Wake. In the event of a cancellation, we will reschedule your booking on any of our available days.

Every charter includes the boat captain, gas, life jackets, and limited water sports equipment. Wake surfers, ropes, and life jackets are provided. Foils, tubes, and skis are available upon request. If you have your own equipment, we encourage you to bring it to ensure you are comfortable during the water sport activities.
